Refund policy

At SEOL PERFUME, we only accept returns or replacements if the product is received in a damaged or leaked condition.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Used or opened products

Once your request is verified, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, if replacement is unavailable.
